Each rental is covered by the professional rental provider's insurance. Maloc verifies that all providers hold valid fleet insurance. The deposit, taken as a card hold via Stripe, covers any potential damages.

Yes, most vehicles are available by the day, weekend or week. Weekend rates are displayed on each vehicle listing. Book online and collect the vehicle from the rental provider.

The inspection is entirely digital. 12 timestamped and geolocated photos are taken at pick-up and return. 5 annotatable inspection diagrams complete the condition report. Everything is archived on our secure servers.

Delivery depends on the rental provider. Some offer delivery to your home, hotel or airport. Check each provider's terms on their listing. The handover location is confirmed at booking.

Each provider goes through a full verification process: identity (KYC via Didit.me), SIRET registration and trade register entry, fleet insurance, and vehicles compliant with the catalogue. Only verified professionals appear on the platform.

Maloc is a marketplace connecting independent luxury vehicle rental providers. Unlike large chains, each provider is a specialist in prestige vehicles. The catalogue features models unavailable at traditional rental companies: Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Rolls-Royce.

Cancellation is free if it occurs more than 48 hours before the rental start (full refund). Between 24 and 48 hours, 50% of the amount is refunded. Less than 24 hours before, no refund is possible.
